# Deployment

## Overview

Marple can be deployed using several methods, depending on your infrastructure and requirements.

The deployment requires three key resources:

1. **A Docker container** – Runs the Marple UI and query engine
2. **A PostgreSQL Database** – Stores user data, projects, shared links, and random state information.
3. **File Storage** – Used for storing logs, license files, and other required assets.

We can deploy Marple for you in our own cloud (the quickest and easiest) or we are of course happy to assist you to deploy Marple in your own network.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.marpledata.com/docs/marple-insight/setup-and-configuration/deployment.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
